1. General Terms

These Offer Terms & Conditions (“Offer Terms”) apply to all promotional offers by Wealth Harmony Enterprises GmbH (“Any Weed”, “we”, “us”), Wallstraße 9-13, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

By participating in any offer, you agree to these Offer Terms. These terms supplement, and do not replace, any applicable laws and regulations.

General Conditions Applicable to All Offers

All offers are valid at all Any Weed locations (Prague and Germany) unless otherwise stated.
All offers run until further notice. Any Weed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any offer at any time without prior notice.
Offers cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise. The sole exception is the redemption of Collectors Club loyalty points, which may be used at any time regardless of other active promotions.
All offers are subject to product availability. Any Weed reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if the original product is unavailable.
Valid government-issued photo ID proving age 18+ is required for all purchases and offer redemptions.
Offers have no cash value and are not transferable unless otherwise stated.
Any Weed reserves the right to refuse offer redemption in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

2. Welcome Offer

Offer: Every new customer receives one (1) free product of their choice:

1g Premium Flower, or
1g Hash, or
1 Pre-Rolled Joint

Conditions

Available to first-time customers only. Limited to one (1) gift per person.
The gift is provided upon purchase of products worth at least €17 (or the local-currency equivalent) in the same transaction.
To redeem, the customer must visit any Any Weed store in person, complete a Collectors Club loyalty program registration, and provide their name, email address, and phone number at the point of sale.
Loyalty program registration is mandatory; the gift cannot be issued without registration.
This offer is not available online. No online registration or reservation is possible.
Valid government-issued photo ID proving age 18+ is required.
Any Weed reserves the right to verify first-time customer status. Repeat redemptions by the same person will be declined.
Personal data provided in connection with this offer and the loyalty registration will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Datenschutzerklärung).

3. Discovery Set

Offer: A curated set of three products — 1g Hash, 1g Premium Flower, and 1 Pre-Rolled Joint — at a 36% discount off the combined individual retail price.

Conditions

The 36% discount is calculated based on the sum of the three individual product prices at the time of purchase.
Available in-store only.
No limit on the number of Discovery Sets per customer.
Cannot be combined with other promotions (except Collectors Club loyalty point redemption).
Product selection within the Discovery Set is fixed and may not be substituted.

4. Happy Hours

Offer: A 15% discount on the entire product range during designated Happy Hours.

Conditions

The 15% discount applies to the full assortment without exceptions.
The discount is applied at the point of sale during designated Happy Hours. Specific Happy Hours times are communicated in-store and may vary by location and date.
The purchase must be completed within the active Happy Hours window (i.e., payment processed before the end of the designated hour).
No pre-orders or reservations.
Cannot be combined with other promotions (except Collectors Club loyalty point redemption).

5. Collectors Club

5.1 Membership

Offer: Collectors Club is a free loyalty program. Membership is open to anyone who subscribes via the website or registers in-store.

Benefits

Cannabis Journal newsletter (delivered via email approximately every two weeks).
Access to Club-Only Deals not available to non-members.
15% cashback on every purchase after activation (see 5.2 below).

Conditions

Membership is free of charge. No purchase is required to join.
One membership per person.
Members may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting [email protected].
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.2 Cashback & Loyalty Points

Offer: After the first in-store purchase, Collectors Club members earn 15% cashback on every purchase in the form of loyalty points.

How It Works

Cashback is activated after the member’s first purchase at any Any Weed store. Online subscription alone does not activate cashback.
15% of each purchase amount is credited as loyalty points to the member’s account.
Loyalty points are redeemable at a rate of 1 point = 1 EUR.
Points may be redeemed at any time, including in combination with other active promotions. This is the only offer that may be combined with other promotions.
Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.
Any Weed reserves the right to adjust the cashback percentage, point valuation, or program structure with reasonable notice to members.
If a member’s account is inactive for 12 consecutive months (no purchases), accumulated points may expire.

5.3 Club-Only Deals

From time to time, Any Weed may offer exclusive promotions available only to Collectors Club members. These deals will be communicated via the Cannabis Journal newsletter and/or in-store. Specific terms for each Club-Only Deal will be communicated at the time of the offer.

6. Prize Draw

Offer: Customers may participate in a prize draw for a chance to win valuable prizes by receiving a scratch card at any Any Weed store. Specific prizes will be announced separately for each draw.

Conditions

Each prize draw is limited to 300 scratch cards per city.
One scratch card per person per draw.
Scratch cards are distributed in-store only.
To receive a scratch card, the customer must make a purchase of at least €30 (or the local-currency equivalent) in the same transaction.
To receive a scratch card, the customer must also provide valid government-issued photo ID proving age 18+ and sign a media release consent form (see Media Consent below). No scratch card will be issued without a qualifying purchase and signed media consent.
The scratch card must be scratched on-site, in the presence of Any Weed staff.
Winners are determined by the scratch card result. Any Weed staff will verify the winning card on the spot.
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
Any Weed reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Media Consent
By receiving a scratch card, the participant agrees to the following:

Any Weed and its representatives will photograph and/or record video of the entire scratch card reveal process, including the participant’s reactions and, in the case of a win, the prize handover moment.
Recording begins before the card is scratched and continues through the reveal and any prize collection. The participant agrees to be filmed throughout this entire process.
Any Weed is granted the right to use the participant’s name, likeness, voice, photographs, and video recordings for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to publication on Any Weed’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), website, in-store displays, email newsletters, and advertising materials.
This consent is granted without time limitation and without additional compensation.
The participant may revoke this consent at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon revocation, Any Weed will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove the relevant content from its own channels but cannot guarantee removal from third-party platforms, cached content, or materials already distributed.

Media consent is a mandatory condition of participation. Scratch cards will not be issued to customers who decline to be filmed or who decline consent to publication on social media and in marketing materials. There is no alternative method of participation.
Specific prizes, promotional periods, and any additional entry requirements will be announced separately for each draw and will form part of these terms.

7. Modifications

Any Weed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any offer or these Offer Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued participation in any offer after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence remain unaffected.
